1. BEST FILE TYPES

For the best print results, we recommend uploading high-quality JPG or PNG images. These formats provide great clarity and are widely supported across devices.

2. RECOMMENDED IMAGE SIZE

For crisp, clear prints, upload images that are at least 2000 pixels on the longest side. Larger images produce better print quality and sharper details.

3. AVOID BLURRY OR LOW-RES IMAGES

Images that appear blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution on your screen will likely print the same way. If possible, use the original image file rather than screenshots or compressed copies.

4. LIGHTING & CONTRAST

Photos with good lighting and contrast generally print best. Bright, evenly lit images produce clearer results than dark or heavily shadowed images.

5. CROP CAREFULLY

When you upload a photo, use our crop tools to ensure important details (like faces) are centered and not cut off. Avoid placing critical elements too close to the edges.

6. FILE SIZE LIMITS

If you experience upload issues, the file may be too large. Try reducing the file size slightly or uploading in smaller batches.

7. COLOR PROFILES

Colors may vary slightly between screens and final prints. For best results, avoid heavily filtered images and consider using natural lighting.
